First balloon Flight cover Bangalore 14th November 1963 , children's day and first balloon flight cover . About fifty such covers were flown, of which this is serial no 12 only about 10 of which can be retrieved today .
It has two errors of the constant variety
Ų baloon instead of balloon ( Spelling mistake )
Ų youngester instead of youngster ( Spelling mistake )

Indian Postage Stamp Century 1854-1954 ( 1st October 1954 ).First Day Cover with 3 stamps of 1A , 2AS and 4AS cancelled on 1st Ocotber 1954 by Bombay G.P.O.

Indian Posts and Telegraphs , Maharaja Ranjit Singh 1780 - 1839, First Day Cover ( 28-06-1966 ). Cancelled by Bombay G.P.O on 28th June 1966

For the first time in Philatelic history such a major blunder on a first day cover . The cover meant for 4 stamps on the natural heritage of Manipur and Tripura Indian states in North East is carrying the stamps of madhubani paintings along with their cancellation of 15th October 2000 ( Bombay ) Mumbai G.P.O , India 400 001 . Only one of it's kind issued like this so far in the world i.e. we can say error of stamps and relevant cancellation on First Day Cover .
